COVID-19 UPDATE:   As states lift stay-at-home restrictions, we can schedule court reporters and videographers onsite with witness and/or counsel while practicing social distancing.  In locations with stay-at-home restrictions, our court reporters and videographers are trained and experienced to conduct remote depositions.  There are several options for swearing in a witness remotely - contact our office for additional information.

vTestify Video Conferencing

Two-way web-based video conferencing wherein all parties participate remotely.  vTestify covers video conferencing and client handling of electronic exhibits. Up to six video participants with 44 additional audio only participants.

  • Per minute fees charged in accordance with vTestify.

  • Compatible with PC or MAC - Google Chrome.

  • End to end encryption of video.

  • 100% web-based.

  • Witness video highlighted as top screen.

  • Upload, share and mark exhibits within vTestify - currently supports PDF files and Microsoft Office files including Excel, Word and Powerpoint. 

  • Full screen exhibit mode.

  • Four breakout rooms available. 

  • No chat feature. 

  • Audio and video only. Realtime text is not a built-in feature. 

       If realtime text is required, it would be provided through separate application.

Do you need a video of the remote deposition?  Our certified videographers can remotely log in to the video conference to monitor the audio and record “gallery” view as well as capturing the “witness only” for a quality synchronization. This allows the certified video to be used at the time of trial.

Zoom Video Conferencing

One-way and two-way web-based video conferencing wherein all parties participate remotely.  Zoom allows the capability to host online depositions with up to 100 interactive video participants.  Ability to use any file format when sharing exhibits.

  • No setup, per person or per minute fees.

  • Compatible with PC, MAC and smart devices.

  • Waiting rooms and password protection available for security.

  • GCM Encryption 

  • Breakout rooms available.

    • If realtime text is required, it would be provided through separate application.

  • Multiple viewing options for witness and counsel available.

  • Chat feature allows you to send chat messages or exhibits to others within the meeting.

  • Ability to use any file format when sharing exhibits.

  • Exhibit handling can be done through our video technician or by attorney/paralegal.

    • Our online technician will remotely introduce your exhibits with the capabilities to quickly label the exhibit, highlight requested portions, and zoom in on areas of the exhibit. 

    • If you prefer to handle your own exhibits, Zoom Chat allows clients to introduce and share exhibits to all participants.

Teleconference Only

Dedicated recorded telephone line for multiple parties to dial-in.  You can have the option to have the court reporter remotely, onsite with the witness, or have the audio recorded and transcribed.

  • No bandwidth restrictions.
