Getting Started Check List
BEFORE THE DEPOSITION
At least one day prior to the deposition you will receive an invitation. The email invitation will include instructions on how to test your equipment prior to the deposition, the deposition information and a link to join the deposition on the scheduled day.
Make sure that you have the required equipment of a PC or laptop, microphone and headphones/speakers. You will also need to plan out a quiet workspace to attend the deposition with no physical or visual distractions.
It is extremely important that you test your equipment before the deposition. It's also a good idea to complete a speed test to ensure that your internet speed is capable of attending the deposition remotely. Poor internet quality can cause major disruptions to the deposition.
You must let Jane Rose Reporting know at least one day prior if you will need Realtime so that we can set up and provide the instructions to you on how to use the Realtime feature during the deposition.
